• Mission: This role is responsible for interviewing, qualifying, and leasing apartments to prospective residents, ensuring a high-quality living experience from the initial impression through the lease term.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Prospective Resident Interviews: Interview prospective residents to understand their needs and qualifications, inputting details into the computer system.
• Apartment Showings: Guide prospects through model apartments, detailing features, layouts, available facilities, and discussing lease terms.
• Application Processing: Qualify prospective residents by verifying applications, lease documents, and related paperwork, ensuring records are accurate.
• Lease Completion: Complete lease agreements, collecting rental deposits and application fees efficiently.
• Resident Relations: Foster positive resident relations, introducing new residents to property procedures and striving to make the living experience of the highest quality.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with foundational knowledge in sales and customer service.
• Experience: 1 year of demonstrated sales and customer service experience is required.
• Skills: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions; must be an effective listener and communicator with the ability to work well on a team.
