Job Description

Job Title: Part-Time Internship (Fall 2025 Internship Program)

Location: in-office in West Hollywood/Melrose. Street parking only.

Duration: At least 2 to 5 full days per week for 3-4 months. Positions are available for Fall 2025.

Compensation: School credit available or for experience-only. This is an unpaid internship.

Office Hours: Generally 10 AM – 6 PM. Flexible hours may be available, but a commitment to one full 8-hour day per week is required.

The ideal candidate will be highly productive, thrive in a fast-paced environment, be eager to learn, comfortable with interactive communication, and exceptionally organized. A strong passion for social media, influencers, content creators, and entertainment is crucial. No experience is necessary as they are willing to train, emphasizing that the internship’s value is proportional to the effort invested.

Responsibilities:

• Work with teams of publicists to gain hands-on experience in Los Angeles’ bustling PR scene.
• Assist with outreach to influencers and digital creators to support business development through social media.
Research and identify potential influencer clients and draft outreach emails.
• Conduct industry-related research on online and print publications.
• Assist with client photoshoot logistics when possible.
Research and pitch clients to various A-list events, encouraging creativity.
• Update and maintain digital press kits, with strong Canva skills being welcome.
• Demonstrate strong research and organizational skills.
• Be a self-starter, capable of working both independently and in teams.
• Be proactive and resourceful, bringing new ideas.
• Be willing to work hard.
• Handle a fast-paced environment and take direction well.
• Be familiar with ChatGPT.
• Work alongside a supportive intern supervisor.
