Job Description: Part Time Education Support Coordinator
This part-time position provides administrative support for the company’s education and training programs. The role is focused on logistical support, communication management, and data reporting related to product training.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Logistical Support: Provides logistical support for Member Support Representatives and management, encompassing product training classes (both in-person and virtual), in-office assistance, and virtual support.
• Communication Management: Monitors communication channels, disseminating information to Fund Members and staff regarding educational offerings and documentation. Answers inquiries and escalates complex issues as needed.
• Training Schedule Management: Supports the creation, implementation, and maintenance of the product training schedule.
• Website Management: Coordinates and maintains the product training sections of the company website, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information. Serves as the point of contact for posting updates.
• Data Reporting and Record Keeping: Reports attendance, training activity, and survey data to management. Maintains detailed records and logs for future reference.
• Financial Administration: Prepares check requests, expense reports, and department invoices for processing.
• Backup Support: Serves as backup for the Communication Attendant function.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• One year of administrative support experience is required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations).
• Knowledge of the title insurance and information industry is preferred.
Travel:
Occasional in-state travel may be required.
