Job Description: Part Time Education Support Coordinator

This part-time position provides administrative support for the company’s education and training programs. The role is focused on logistical support, communication management, and data reporting related to product training.

Primary Responsibilities:

Logistical Support: Provides logistical support for Member Support Representatives and management, encompassing product training classes (both in-person and virtual), in-office assistance, and virtual support.
Communication Management: Monitors communication channels, disseminating information to Fund Members and staff regarding educational offerings and documentation. Answers inquiries and escalates complex issues as needed.
Training Schedule Management: Supports the creation, implementation, and maintenance of the product training schedule.
Website Management: Coordinates and maintains the product training sections of the company website, ensuring accuracy and consistency of information. Serves as the point of contact for posting updates.
Data Reporting and Record Keeping: Reports attendance, training activity, and survey data to management. Maintains detailed records and logs for future reference.
Financial Administration: Prepares check requests, expense reports, and department invoices for processing.
Backup Support: Serves as backup for the Communication Attendant function.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in business or a related field is preferred.
• One year of administrative support experience is required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite (word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations).
• Knowledge of the title insurance and information industry is preferred.

Travel:

Occasional in-state travel may be required.
