Paralegal | BA Global Talent
The Tone:
This is a full-time role at BA Global Talent, located in West Caldwell, New Jersey. This on-site Paralegal position is critical for providing long-term support to a boutique trusts and estates practice. This role directly contributes to the efficient operation of legal services and client satisfaction by handling key administrative and legal support functions.

• Mission: Provide comprehensive, long-term support for estate planning, estate administration, and related legal and tax matters.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Oversee the preparation, organization, review, and maintenance of trusts and estates documents, correspondence, and client files.
• Coordinate: Assist with the creation and coordination of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and probate documents and related legal materials.
• Facilitate: Gather, review, and organize necessary information and documentation to support estate and fiduciary tax-return preparation.
• Process: Assist with probate and surrogate court filings, ensuring adherence to deadlines and related procedures.
• Support: Provide administrative and document preparation support for occasional real estate matters, including file organization and transaction coordination.
The Must-Haves
• Background: At least five years of relevant experience as a trusts and estates paralegal, legal secretary, or in a similar legal support role.
• Experience: Hands-on experience supporting estate planning and estate administration matters, coupled with familiarity with probate procedures, trusts and estates documentation, and related tax-return support.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, spelling, proofreading, and document organization skills; ability to manage multiple matters, deadlines, and priorities with accuracy and discretion; and strong written and verbal communication skills, along with professional judgment in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Bonus: Experience assisting with real estate matters.
