The Paralegal will play a vital part in supporting attorneys through various stages of litigation, including the preparation of critical legal documents and coordination of trial activities. What You’ll Actually Do
• Litigation Support: Directly assist attorneys throughout the litigation process by drafting essential legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and comprehensive discovery requests to effectively advance cases.
• Case Management: Proactively oversee and organize extensive case files, conduct thorough legal research to inform strategy, and diligently monitor the progress of all assigned legal proceedings.
• Discovery Preparation: Meticulously prepare and summarize critical discovery materials, including various records, detailed deposition transcripts, and formal responses to ensure completeness.
• Trial Coordination: Strategically arrange and manage schedules for key witnesses and expert consultants, and meticulously prepare all logistical and documentary elements required for successful trial execution.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring clear and consistent communication with all relevant parties, witnesses, and external stakeholders throughout the entire case lifecycle.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A paralegal degree or certification is a foundational requirement for this role, or candidates may demonstrate an equivalent combination of relevant education, professional certification, specialized training, and practical experience.
• Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of direct paralegal experience is essential, with a critical requirement for specific hands-on involvement in first-party property litigation cases.
• Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in the precise drafting of legal pleadings, motions, and complex discovery documents; strong capabilities in conducting thorough legal research and maintaining comprehensive case file management; expertise in preparing and accurately summarizing all discovery materials; adeptness at coordinating all aspects of trial activities, including the scheduling and preparation of witnesses and experts; proven effective communication skills necessary to interact with all legal parties and stakeholders.
