Litigation Paralegal – Collin County, TX | Clark Hill Law

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person, Collin County, TX
• Pay: $75000–$115000 yearly
• Team: Litigation business unit
• Mission: This person will manage commercial litigation files and support all phases of litigation to help the firm deliver outstanding client service.
• Tech Stack: E-discovery software

What You’ll Actually Do
• Correspondence: Draft routine correspondence and legal documents.
• Records Management: Collect, organize, and review records for litigation cases.
• Discovery Support: Assist with all phases of discovery processes.
• Trial Preparation: Provide support for all aspects of trial preparation.
• File Management: Manage commercial litigation files effectively.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience, holding either a Bachelor’s Degree or a Paralegal Certificate.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience working with e-discovery software and in trial preparation.
• Skills: Excellent computer proficiency, high-level attention to detail, superior written and oral communication, the ability to stay organized, and multi-tasking capability.
