What You’ll Actually Do
• Collect: Collect and collate legal research and information from a wide variety of sources.
• Research: Conduct research and analysis on supporting data and information needed regarding various business issues of the organization.
• Assist: Participate in the research and preparation of pleadings, court forms, reports, and various contracts including leases, licenses, and sales agreements.
• Draft: Prepare drafts of legal documents such as contracts, leases, licenses, and insurance policies for review.
• Manage: Draft documents for corporate meetings, including notices, proxies, affidavits of mailing, agendas, and ballots.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Certified Paralegal with foundational knowledge of legal concepts, practices, and laws and regulations applicable to corporations.
• Experience: Typically 3-5 years of professional experience, including familiarity with contracts.
• Skills: Intermediate research and summation skills, strong PC skills, excellent verbal communication, detail-oriented, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Bonus: A college degree is preferred.
