The Tone:
This is a Part-time Internship at Heli America, located in Midtown Atlanta, GA. Heli America is seeking motivated and dependable Paid Summer Interns for multiple roles, including Executive Office Intern, Data Analyst Intern, and Office & Operations Intern. These internships offer hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations, administration, and data analysis, contributing to the efficient functioning and data-driven decision-making of the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Executive Office, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and preparing presentation materials.
• Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to analyze sales, customer, and operational trends for business insights.
• Office Administration: Assist with daily office operations, including filing, document preparation, data entry, and coordinating office supplies and orders.
• Reporting & Research: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using various tools, while conducting market research, competitor analysis, and internet research.
• Operational Coordination: Support inventory checks, logistics coordination, local business errands, and help prepare meeting rooms and company events.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), including advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas).
• Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and handle confidential information with discretion; reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Bonus: Previous internship or academic project involving data analysis; experience with Tableau or Power BI, CRM, ERP, or business intelligence tools; prior administrative or office experience; interest in market research, business strategy, and data-driven decision making.
