Job Description: Paid Outbound Marketing Intern
This is a paid internship at Crowdwave focused on learning and executing outbound marketing strategies. The intern will work closely with the founding team to identify and connect with high-value prospects across various industries using structured outbound campaigns. The ideal candidate will master outbound motions: targeting leads, crafting compelling messages, and executing high-quality outreach via email and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities:
• Build and refine lead lists: Identifying target companies and contacts based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and segment.
• Execute outbound messaging: Actively engaging with potential leads via email and LinkedIn campaigns.
• Write and iterate on copy: Creating and refining cold outreach messaging designed to convert prospects.
• Manage tools: Utilize and manage growth tools such as Instantly, Apollo, Clay, and Notion.
• Track and report performance: Monitoring campaign performance, reporting weekly learnings, and identifying areas for optimization.
• Coordinate follow-ups: Promptly following up with leads and assisting in moving them through the early stages of the sales funnel.
• Reporting: Reporting to the Head of Growth and receiving coaching and training.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Excellent written communication skills, especially in concise, persuasive writing.
• Analytical thinking about audiences and positioning.
• Organized, self-directed, and experiment-driven approach.
• Experience with LinkedIn or outbound platforms (even for personal projects).
• Availability to commit to 6 hours per week, Monday–Friday (flexible working hours).
Compensation & Duration:
• $1,000/month (paid internship).
• 3-month contract with potential for ongoing work.
