Job Description: Paid Internship for FIRST Robotics Competition Participants
TTM Technologies is offering eight paid internships to high school students participating in the FIRST Robotics Competition. These internships provide a valuable opportunity to learn about engineering careers in a high-tech environment.
Internship Details:
• Duration: Two weeks (July 7th – July 17th, 2025)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
• Pay: $18/hour
• Location: TTM Long Island (815 Broad Hollow Rd., Farmingdale, NY 11735)
• Responsibilities: Interns will work alongside TTM engineers on a robotics-based challenge and participate in team-building activities and product demonstrations.
Eligibility Requirements:
• Must be a junior or senior in high school currently participating in the FIRST Robotics Competition.
• U.S. Citizenship is required (due to the nature of government work).
• NYS valid working papers are required for applicants under 18 years of age.

While the internship pays $18/hour, the provided compensation information refers to full-time roles and is only for informational purposes: The salary range for full-time roles at TTM Technologies varies widely depending on factors such as skill sets, experience, training, certifications, and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $37,244 – $55,866. Additional compensation, such as annual or quarterly bonuses and shift premiums, may also apply depending on the specific position and assignment.
Export Control Compliance: Interns must comply with TTM’s Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws (ITAR, EAR, and OFAC). This includes understanding restrictions on access to ITAR products and related technical data, recognizing foreign visitors, following authorization procedures for visitors, understanding export requirements for shipments, and managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
