Job Description: Paid Internship (Spring & Summer 2025)

Camber is seeking paid interns for their Spring (starting March) and Summer (starting June) 2025 programs. These full-time internships (Monday-Friday) will last 10-12 weeks.

Open Positions & Teams: Interns will work within one of the following departments:

• Real Estate Development
• Acquisitions & Investment Management
• Asset Management
• Construction Management

Qualifications:

Education: Undergraduate or graduate students pursuing or having recently completed degrees in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
Skills & Attributes:
• Highly entrepreneurial with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and handle confidential information.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for affordable housing development.
• Flexibility to travel within the New York City metro area.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct site visits to assess potential issues and meet with subcontractors.
• Contribute to various projects within the chosen department.

Position Type & Hours:

• Full-time (Monday-Friday)

Travel:

• Occasional travel within the NYC metro area is required.

Work Environment:

• Primarily an office environment, with occasional offsite travel.
