Internship Overview:
This extremely valuable IT internship provides students with a hands-on opportunity to immerse themselves in the daily operations of an Information Technology department. Interns will work alongside professionals, contribute to critical projects, and develop essential skills in a real-world business setting.

Key Responsibilities:
As an IT Intern, you will be involved in a variety of tasks crucial to the IT department’s function, including:

• Coordinating asset management activities.
• Communicating effectively with internal customers to address their IT needs.
• Performing project tracking and reporting to ensure timely progress.
• Collaborating within the IT team to gain exposure to different departmental functions.
• Managing Help Desk tickets, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
• Imaging computers for new setups or reconfigurations.
• Installing applications on various systems.
• Transferring data from old computers to new ones for users.
• Maintaining a high level of customer service and demonstrating exemplary interpersonal skills.
• Always upholding a professional attitude.

To be considered for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor’s program with an accredited college.
• Currently pursuing an IT career path.
• Available to work full-time for 12 weeks (approximately May 11th through August).
