Job Description
Intelerad is seeking a PACS Technical Implementation Specialist (level 1) with DICOM experience. This role is responsible for providing technical and workflow implementation services for Radiology Healthcare IT solutions. The specialist will handle a range of technical tasks, including system integration, configuration, workflow analysis and design, testing, troubleshooting, and go-live support. They will act as a key customer-facing representative, ensuring Intelerad solutions are configured, tested, and operational to meet client needs and align with best practices.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with clients to assess needs, design PACS DICOM workflows, and define system configurations.
• Provide remote system administration and perform integrating PACS with DICOM standards configuration, deployments and upgrades remotely for customers.
• Provide basic support and services to Implementation staff and external customers for DICOM integrations communications, and integrations workflow design, database changes or troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with clinicians and IT staff to optimize workflows and ensure PACS and DICOM interfaces are used effectively.
• Validate solution operability including network connectivity and third-party integrations; troubleshoot and resolve technical and workflow issues remotely and on-site.
• Deliver training to end users and administrators and create supporting materials.
• Guide clients through go-live and post-go-live phases.
• Participate in technical discussions and provide status updates with customers and third-party vendors.
• Document configurations, workflows, and architecture changes.
• Participate in post-implementation reviews and share insights with internal teams.
• Provide workflow and product expertise to internal teams.
• Travel is rare but may be required within specified region.
• Perform other duties as required.
