Job Description:

Packaging Co-Op (Fall 2025):

This is a co-op opportunity for undergraduate students passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion. The program involves a three-day virtual Diversity Leadership Symposium (DLS) in August 2024, where you’ll:

Learn about Nestlé’s culture: Gain insights into the company’s values and how diversity fuels career growth.
Network: Connect with fellow students and current Nestlé employees.
Interview: Have the chance to interview for the Fall 2025 Packaging Co-op position.

Nestlé USA Product Development (TAG) Internship (Summer 2024):

This paid summer internship offers students a chance to contribute to the Technical Applications Group. You will:

Lead real-life projects: Work on projects ranging in complexity, providing exposure to various aspects of product development.
Develop new products: Assist in the development and industrialization of new or reformulated products.
Improve processes: Contribute to quality improvements and cost optimization efforts.
Gain diverse experience: Participate in factory visits, testing, protocol development, culinary experiences, and vendor presentations.

Key Outputs (TAG Internship):

• Develop a new or reformulated product that meets consumer needs.
• Reformulate existing products to enhance efficiency or address concerns.
• Execute maintenance and capital projects.
• Implement initiatives that improve system efficiency.

Qualifications (TAG Internship):

• Enrolled in a BS or MS program in Food Science, Food Engineering, Bakery Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Graduation by Spring 2026, with Spring 2025 preferred.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate and travel to factory locations.
