Job Description: Package Designer (Short-Term Contract)
Robert Half is seeking a Package Designer for a short-term contract position in New Jersey. The role involves creating and developing package designs using various software platforms.
Responsibilities:
• 3D Modeling: Utilize 3D modeling techniques to visualize package designs.
• Adobe Creative Suite: Leverage Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) to create and modify designs.
• A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on design elements to optimize visual appeal and brand alignment.
• Brand Awareness: Cultivate brand awareness through innovative design concepts and packaging aesthetics.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders regarding design ideas and modifications.
• Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service, addressing and resolving inquiries related to package design.
• Time Management: Manage time effectively to ensure timely completion of design projects.
Requirements:
• 3D Modeling Proficiency: Essential for creating innovative package designs.
• Adobe Creative Cloud: Working knowledge is a must (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Experience with Illustrator is required for vector designs. Familiarity with InDesign is necessary for print and digital media layouts. Proficiency in Photoshop is essential for editing and enhancing design elements.
• About Time Software: Knowledge is necessary for efficient project management.
• A/B Testing Experience: Required to evaluate design effectiveness.
• Brand Awareness Understanding: Strong understanding is necessary for creating designs aligned with company branding.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are needed to convey design ideas and receive feedback.
• Customer Service Skills: Superior customer service skills are required to address client needs and concerns.
