• Mission: Accurately select merchandise for store orders and prepare items for shipment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accurately pick merchandise according to store orders, verifying item location, description, and quantity.
• Safely place selected items onto pallets or conveyors using proper lifting techniques.
• Secure pallets for transport by wrapping them with tape and shrink wrap.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by consistently following all safety guidelines.
• Contribute to general upkeep by assisting with housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bonus: 0–2 years of warehouse or picking experience preferred.
