Job Description: Order Processor

Collectors is seeking an Order Processor to work at The Collectors Vault in New Castle, DE. The Order Processor will be responsible for accurately and efficiently moving inventory through the facility for storage or for picking, packing, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Catalog incoming inventory, adhering to established style and content rules.
• Identify if an item has been graded and catalog it appropriately.
• Conduct research on items, communicate with Client Partners about additional services, and assess item condition.
• Put inventory into storage locations and systematically locate it.
• Organize picking tickets for on-time shipping.
• Pick inventory from designated locations and stage it for packing and shipping.
• Pack and ship inventory following prescribed methods and generate shipping labels.
• Perform inventory audits to ensure items are in the correct locations.
• Operate material handling equipment to move products within the warehouse.
• Ensure a safe work environment.
• Systematically and physically move items into designated storage or staging locations.
• Conduct quality control audits.

The position reports to the Operations Supervisor and has a schedule of Wednesday-Saturday from 6:00pm – 4:30am.
