Assistant Manager – HR Technology | Mashreq

You will be instrumental in implementing and optimizing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management solutions to enhance HR operations and employee experiences.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Conduct Workshops: Facilitate workshops with HR business stakeholders to identify requirements and align them with Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality.
• Configure Applications: Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client-specific needs and meticulously document all application setups.
• Draft Documentation: Write detailed business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions within Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
• Lead Migrations: Lead the migration of configuration, integrations, and extensions from development to production environments for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.
• Support Testing: Support clients through the execution of test scripts and validate both configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Assistant Manager career level with a strong technical profile in Oracle Fusion HCM and HR Technology domain knowledge.
• Experience: At least three end-to-end implementation engagements in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects, serving in roles such as Consultant, Lead, Architect, or Project Lead.
• Skills: Detailed knowledge of HCM extracts, BIP Reports, Analytics, HCM spreadsheet loader, and HCM Data Loader; proficiency in Fast Formulas, including accrual calculations; ability to invoke Fusion Rest API and Web API calls; expertise in OTBI and BI publisher reports; experience with Alert composer for new alert creation; skill in Workflow Email notification template changes; and familiarity with Page composer and EI expressions.
