The Tone:
This is a full-time Oracle Cloud Consultant role at Accenture, located in Taguig, Manila, Philippines. Accenture is a global professional services company focused on helping organizations build their digital core and optimize operations. This role is crucial for delivering end-to-end implementation and support for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, encompassing both functional and technical solutions. You will support clients in their digital transformation journey by working across various Oracle Cloud modules and platforms.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Implementations & Solution Design: Lead or support Oracle Cloud implementations across modules like HCM, SCM, ERP, EPM, or CX, conducting requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
• Technical Development & Architecture: Design and implement integrations using OIC, develop custom applications with VBCS or APEX, or architect cloud-native solutions leveraging OCI services.
• Configuration & Testing: Configure Oracle Cloud applications based on business requirements, develop and execute test scripts for unit, system, and UAT phases, and manage migration of configurations across environments.
• Client Partnership & Guidance: Act as a primary client-facing consultant, building strong relationships, recommending best practices, and ensuring solutions align with Oracle SaaS capabilities.
• Post-Go-Live Support & Optimization: Provide hypercare and continuous improvement, including incident and change management, and manage performance monitoring and enhancements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related technical field. This role is for experienced professionals focused on Oracle Cloud implementations and technical development.
• Experience: 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud SaaS implementations or technical development, including experience in system transformation to the cloud. This involves assessing legacy systems, data migration, and driving user adoption through change management.
• Skills: Strong understanding of business processes in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, or Customer Experience, OR strong hands-on technical skills in integrations (OIC, APIs), analytics (OAC, OTBI), cloud architecture (OCI), or application development (VBCS, APEX, PL/SQL). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Bonus: Oracle Cloud certifications (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM Implementer, OIC, OAC, OCI, Database, Application Development) are a plus. Experience in defining strategic roadmaps, mentoring junior consultants, leading implementation teams, or working within Agile delivery and DevOps practices is preferred.
