What You’ll Actually Do
• Operational Coordination: Apply established concepts, practices, procedures, and transportation regulations, including Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines, within Pickup and Delivery and Linehaul field operations to ensure smooth workflow.
• Task Management: Effectively manage a variety of tasks and navigate changing priorities in a fast-paced team environment, maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals.
• Customer and Stakeholder Communication: Professionally respond to customer requests and resolve issues, while also communicating clearly and effectively with various internal and external audiences through both verbal and written channels.
• Data Analysis and Interpretation: Read, interpret, and draw sound conclusions from numerical data and written information, utilizing these insights to inform decisions and contribute to operational efficiency.
• Software Utilization: Leverage software skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and various web-based platforms, to support daily operations and administrative tasks.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience: Administrative support, customer service, or dock operations experience is preferred, providing a practical understanding of operational environments.
• Skills:
* Customer service skills, necessary for professional and effective engagement with requests and issues.
* Strong time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills, vital for navigating a dynamic work environment with varied tasks and changing priorities while maintaining precision.
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, enabling clear and effective interaction with diverse audiences.
* Proficiency in software applications, including the Microsoft Office suite and web-based tools.
* Knowledge of concepts, practices, procedures, and transportation regulations pertinent to Pickup and Delivery and Linehaul field operations, specifically including Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related area is highly preferred.
