About Morgan Stanley:

The 2025 Operations Summer Analyst Program (Baltimore):

This 10-week program, starting in June, offers a unique opportunity for aspiring financial professionals to gain valuable experience within Morgan Stanley’s Operations Division. The program includes:

Broad Exposure:
– Explore various functions across Operations and the financial services industry.
– Get a comprehensive understanding of the Firm’s culture.

Intensive Training:
– Participate in a scheduled summer of trainings, speaker series, networking events, and educational sessions.
– Receive hands-on training through on-the-job experiences and a group project.

Leadership Development:
– Engage with senior management members within Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with Operations teams to evaluate and reengineer processes for greater efficiency.
– Develop a deep understanding of Operations and its interconnected departments.
– Present findings to senior management.
– Partner with business units and technology to provide exceptional client service in areas like trade capture, settlement, account opening, and fraud monitoring.
– Work closely with Technology to design, implement, and manage business process changes for improved efficiency and productivity.
– Identify and mitigate operational risks while adhering to global regulatory requirements.
– Foster strong client relationships to deliver top-notch operational services.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Minimum GPA of 3.0
– Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with graduation between December 2025 and June 2026
– Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
– Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
– Meticulous attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion in handling sensitive information
– Exceptional time management and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple responsibilities and projects with competing deadlines
– Problem-solving abilities and a knack for streamlining processes in a dynamic environment
– Positive, proactive, and motivated attitude with a strong work ethic
– Poise, self-confidence, and a willingness to take initiative

Compensation:

– Expected base pay rate of $25.49/hour upon commencement of employment.
