What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate Vendor Relationships: Coordinate and manage relationships with external partners across legal, finance, and human resources to ensure seamless and efficient business operations.
• Oversee Treasury and Payroll: Take responsibility for overseeing critical financial elements, including managing treasury balances and executing payroll processes accurately and on schedule.
• Manage Engineering Support Operations: Manage critical operational workstreams that provide essential support to the engineering team, ensuring their continued productivity and project success.
• Support Client & Marketing: Contribute to the company’s growth by supporting client communications and various marketing initiatives, particularly as the concierge services for high-net-worth individuals expand and scale.
