• Mission: Solve critical challenges in back-of-house operations to drive store sales and profitability while delivering the Tiffany client experience.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Relationship Management: Deepen relationships with clients to foster lifetime loyalty and increased spending by capturing data and optimizing sales opportunities through effective correspondence.
• Service Excellence: Elevate the in-store client experience by embodying Tiffany’s brand as an ambassador, executing hospitality best practices, and leveraging product knowledge to maximize client satisfaction.
• Operational Execution: Perform daily tasks including order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, merchandise replenishment, jewelry cleaning, transfers, and taking in repairs, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and reconcile merchandise inventory using reports and systems to ensure accuracy, and promptly report any discrepancies to management or corporate partners.
• Collaborative Support: Partner with Sales Professionals, management, and clients to accurately and quickly respond to requests for product and service information, repairs, shipping, and inventory assistance.
• Efficiency Enhancement: Support company efficiency objectives by maximizing productivity in all activities and providing feedback on process changes through established channels.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with an aptitude for managing back-of-house retail operations and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
• Experience: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; authorization to work in the United States; ability to work retail store hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Skills: Strong analytical capabilities; highly organized and detail-oriented; flexibility to perform different tasks based on day-to-day business needs.
• Bonus: A college or university degree; a Graduate Gemologist degree or prior Gemological Institute of America (GIA) course work.
