Job Description, Detailed
This role is for a highly engaged individual to help launch and grow My Prose Of A Con LLC from its foundational stages. The position requires a unique blend of interpersonal skills, administrative capabilities, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development & Outreach: Actively engage in cold calling to identify and connect with potential clients or organizations interested in the services offered by My Prose Of A Con LLC.
• Scheduling & Logistics: Efficiently set up appointments for speeches, performances, teaching engagements, and other company activities. Manage and coordinate traveling plans to ensure smooth execution of events.
• Marketing Support: Contribute to the organic growth of the LLC through various marketing efforts, leveraging the provided services to reach the target audience.
• Organizational & Administrative Support: Provide essential organizing and “clerk type” support, which may include managing schedules, preparing materials, and maintaining records to ensure the operational efficiency of the company.
• Curriculum & Event Support: Assist as needed with the logistics and preparation for curriculum drafting/writing, creative performances, pro social events, and teaching opportunities.

• Personable Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect effectively with a diverse range of individuals, including youth and incarcerated persons, and potential clients.
• Marketing Acumen: Experience or demonstrated ability in marketing strategies, particularly in outreach and promotional activities.
• Organizational Prowess: Strong ability to organize tasks, manage schedules, and maintain detailed records.
• Clerk-Type Experience/Ability: Competence in administrative duties, data entry, and general office support.
• Comfort with Cold Calls: Must be comfortable initiating contact with new prospects and handling potential rejections.
• Adaptability to Travel: Comfortable with and able to manage travel arrangements for oneself and/or for the company’s principal.
Compensation:
This position offers a possible incentive pay based on bookings achieved, reflecting the role’s direct contribution to the company’s growth. As the company is starting from the ground up organically, the initial compensation structure will reflect this foundational stage.
