What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Representation: Represent client products and services directly to customers in a face-to-face retail environment.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to clearly explain current products, services, and promotional offers.
• Sales & Enrollment: Assist customers seamlessly throughout the entire sales and enrollment process for services.
• Operational Learning: Learn and apply daily sales, marketing, and operational procedures essential for successful retail campaigns.
• Team Development: Track individual and team performance goals, assist in training newer team members, and develop leadership and team management skills to support daily campaign operations.
