Operations Management Intern – Cargill
This internship is a training role designed to prepare you for a future career as a Plant Operations Management Associate. It’s a 12-week program where you’ll gain real-world experience, learn from industry experts, and see the tangible impact of your work.
You’ll be involved in:
• Gaining a deep understanding of plant operations: Learn the workflow, shadow different teams and departments, and get hands-on experience.
• Developing critical skills: This internship will expose you to areas like risk management, talent management, reliability excellence, operational efficiency, capital efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Working in a challenging and rewarding environment: You’ll be working in a Grain Facility, which involves 60% outdoor work, including climbing silos, and potentially working varying shift hours (8 to 14-hour shifts, even 6 to 7-day weeks).
• Contributing to a vital mission: Your work will directly support Cargill’s mission of nourishing the world, while being part of a team that values doing things right, reaching higher, and prioritizing people.
