Job Description: Operations Management Associate

Mission: To help nourish the world and build a stronger, more sustainable future.

Role: This is a training role within Cargill’s fast-paced protein facilities, designed to prepare you for a leadership position as a Plant Operations Supervisor after a 6-12 month program.

Impact: You’ll be part of a team that directly impacts lives by contributing to the food supply chain. Your work will touch countless families and communities.

Training: You’ll receive comprehensive support and training across various areas of plant operations, including:

• Operations
• Environmental, Health & Safety
• Engineering/Maintenance
• Accounting
• Continuous Improvement
• Human Resources/Talent Management/Employee Relations

Path: You’ll have the opportunity to shape your own career path based on your interests and the needs of the business.

Environment: You’ll work in a dynamic protein facility, where conditions can vary from cold to hot, wet to dry. It’s a fast-paced environment that requires a willingness to work varying shifts (8 to 10-hour shifts, including occasional weekends and on-call duties).

Compensation: The expected salary is $65,000.
