Job Description: Operations Internship

Job Responsibilities:
• Identifying and analyzing operational and process challenges.
• Recommending solutions to leadership.

• Owning projects and making decisions.
Job Requirements:
• Strong desire to tackle real-world projects.
• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in mechanical, industrial, or architectural engineering, supply-chain management, business administration, manufacturing, accounting, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
