Job Description: Operations Internship
This internship provides opportunities to work on projects of significant strategic and/or operational importance to the business. Interns are matched to projects based on their skills and current business needs.
Responsibilities may include:
• Partnering with leadership to identify and address areas for improvement in efficiency and benchmarking against industry best practices.
• Becoming a process owner, critically reviewing processes with attention to detail, and proactively recommending improvements.
• Using specialized equipment and instrumentation accurately with limited supervision.
• Developing tools and models to enhance tracking and efficiency.
• Learning continuous improvement methodologies (PPI, Six Sigma, etc.) and promoting improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with various functions (program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and finance) to achieve business objectives.
Start Date and Duration: The internship begins either May 12th or June 16th, 2025, lasting 10-12 weeks, depending on student availability.
Qualifications:
• Undergraduate student pursuing an Engineering-related degree, graduating between December 2025 and June 2026.
• 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
• Consistent track record demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
• Ability to champion change, drive results, and navigate ambiguity.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
