- Responsibilities: Assist in critical ticket operations, coordinate group sales, support the execution of special events, and consistently deliver outstanding guest service. You will play a vital role in supporting the Admissions Department, ensuring every guest has a seamless and memorable experience from the moment they arrive.
2. Operations Training and Audit Internship
- Preferred Majors: Management, Education, Hospitality, Business
- Responsibilities: Take an active role in associate development by delivering weekly divisional orientations for new hires and assisting with in-service training programs. You will conduct regular audits to ensure operational standards are consistently met across various departments and provide essential support to office clerks with documentation and filing tasks.
3. Operations Management Internship
- Preferred Majors: Management, Operations Management, Business, Hospitality
- Responsibilities: Step into a leadership role by overseeing a team within key operational departments such as Admissions, Aquatics, Park Services, or Rides. This role provides extensive experience in critical areas including time management, effective team development, resource control, and staff motivation, preparing you for future management challenges.
