Job Overview & Program Details:
The MHC Operations Intern Program is a dynamic, 12-week summer internship, designed as an accelerated version of our Management Trainee Program. Over the course of the summer, you will gain a hands-on, deep dive into the operational intricacies of either our Parts or Service Department. This program involves rotating through each position within the assigned department, providing a holistic understanding of the business and offering opportunities to contribute meaningfully to its success.
Essential Functions & What You’ll Do:
- Execute business initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in all facets of the dealership operations.
- Utilize your academic education, professional training, and prior experience to perform assigned job functions under the close supervision of a manager or designated employees.
- Develop essential skills and expertise through structured rotations within the assigned department, acquiring a comprehensive understanding of running the business.
- Seize the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the business by conducting a summer-long process improvement project.
- This Summer Management Operations Internship serves as a direct pipeline into MHC’s Full-Time Management Trainee Program!

Qualifications:
- Actively pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university.
- Willingness to commit to working 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks during the summer months.
- Leadership and sales skills strongly preferred.
- A strong commitment to providing quality work and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback.
