Job Description:
Arconic is seeking a highly motivated and energetic student to join their team as an Operations Intern for the Summer of 2025.
• This is a Full-Time internship position.
• It requires a minimum 10-week assignment during the upcoming summer.
• The position is based at the Bloomsburg, PA location.
Key aspects of the internship include:
• Real-world project experience: Interns will be full members of a project team, collaborating with colleagues, peers, leaders, and stakeholders.
• Mentorship and Guidance: Each intern is paired with a manager and a mentor.
• Project Presentation: Interns are required to complete at least one project and present it to the location’s Lead Team. The project will also be entered in the company-wide Intern Presentation Challenge for a chance to win cash prizes.
• Networking and Development Opportunities: Interns will have opportunities to participate in:
• Professional sporting events
• Volunteer experiences
• Meet-and-Greet lunches with the location Lead Team
• Presentations and Q&As with Arconic leaders and C-Suite Executives
• Plant Tours at other locations
• Other local outings
