Internship Program:

The Sonoco internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in the manufacturing and packaging industry. Interns will work on impactful projects within a specific division of Sonoco, gaining valuable insights into the company’s culture and processes. The program provides a blend of hands-on experiences and opportunities to develop a strong business mindset.

Program Highlights:

Duration: Approximately 12 weeks
Location: Across approximately 150 locations in 34 states, interns must be open to relocation.
Compensation: Paid internship with relocation assistance provided.
Housing & Activities: Housing and activity allowance provided, with company-sponsored events for interns.
Career Path: Internship is designed as a stepping stone towards the Emerging Leaders Program or other entry-level positions upon graduation.

Key Requirements for Applicants:

Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Sciences, Technology or Business majors.
Experience: Previous internship experience (preferably in Manufacturing or functional area).
Leadership: Proven leadership experience.
Technical Skills: Technical aptitude.
Communication: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Senior: $4,900
