Job Description

Johnstone Supply is searching for an organized and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join their team. This internship offers hands-on experience in critical areas of operations management, process improvement, and data analysis. The ideal candidate possesses an analytical mindset and a genuine interest in business operations.

Responsibilities:

Process Improvement: Identify areas ripe for process optimization and actively participate in implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to operational performance, inventory, and workflows to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of operational processes and prepare reports to track and communicate crucial metrics.
Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting order fulfillment processes as needed.
Quality Control: Contribute to quality assurance tasks, including product inspections, workflow audits, and compliance checks.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth operational processes.
