The Tone:
This is a full-time internship at Falcomm, located in Atlanta, GA. Falcomm is on a mission to transform semiconductor technologies, specializing in crafting energy-efficient power amplifier products that set industry standards. As an Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to support the business operations of this growing semiconductor company. Your contributions will help bring innovative ideas to reality and elevate the field of semiconductors.

• Team: Reports to Operations and collaborates with the CEO and other team members.
• Mission: To support the daily business operations of a growing semiconductor company, contributing to the delivery of unmatched power amplifier technologies and the transformation of semiconductor solutions.
• Tech Stack: Office productivity software, project data access software, budget tracking software.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Support: Work directly with the CEO, Operations, and other team members to manage daily tasks, including supporting current projects, communicating with clients, and overseeing schedules.
• Documentation & Data: Organize files, prepare detailed documentation, and create various presentations, charts, tables, diagrams, and data analyses.
• Office Management: Support essential office management functions, such as ordering necessary supplies and conducting inventory checks.
• Meeting Coordination: Set up meetings and appointments, taking responsibility for accurately recording meeting minutes and organizing all related notes.
• Professional Communication: Interact professionally and effectively through both verbal and written communication with all internal and external professional contacts, with a strong emphasis on protecting company interests.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field for an entry-level position. A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required, and candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring future work authorization sponsorship.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience using software to access project data and track budget information.
• Skills: Proficiency with office productivity software; strong verbal and written communication abilities for professional interactions; a creative mindset coupled with a strong work ethic.
• Bonus: An understanding of or interest in the Semiconductor and Electrical Engineering fields, along with knowledge of and passion for startups.
