This individual will manage end-to-end payment processes while fostering strong client relationships.
The TL;DR
• Mission: This individual manages end-to-end commission payment processes, serving as a trusted partner to external meeting planner company accounts.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Management: Manage commission payment processes from end to end with a high degree of accuracy.
• Partner Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for external meeting planner company accounts, building strong relationships.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Research and resolve payment discrepancies, including reconciling financial information and identifying root causes.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and recommend automation opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Account Support: Support onboarding activities for external partner accounts and ensure operational excellence.
The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an operations professional role requiring a foundational understanding of finance or accounting operations.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience managing payment, commission, invoicing, billing, or financial operations processes, alongside strong client management and process improvement skills.
• Skills: Financial Reconciliation, Process Improvement, Data Analysis & Reporting, Client Relationship Management, Problem Resolution.
• Bonus: Experience in Finance or Accounting Operations, Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, Commission Processing, Billing or Payment Administration, Customer Service Operations, or operations within the Travel, Hospitality, Meetings & Events, or Hotel Industry.
