What You’ll Actually Do

• Risk Management: Engage in risk-focused rotations within Enterprise Operations, conducting operational risk assessments, mapping processes, and testing controls.
• Leadership Assignment: Take on a leadership assignment within an Enterprise Operations team, leading initiatives and collaborating across departments to contribute to strategic priorities.
• Project Ownership: Lead a high-impact project to identify process improvement opportunities, develop actionable recommendations, and present findings to senior leadership.
