Job Description: Operations Analyst Internship

This is a paid, full-time, 12-week Operations Analyst Internship scheduled for Summer 2026 at Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The internship is designed for students to launch their careers by engaging in real projects, collaborating with various teams, and making a tangible impact within a single summer. Position Responsibilities:

Evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies and determine their root causes.
Partner with teams across the company to translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve operational efficiency.
Utilize SQL to extract, organize, and manage data for various reports and special projects.
Review and summarize weekly business reports to identify emerging trends and flag potential issues requiring follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills.
• Possesses strong analytical capabilities.
• Exhibits effective problem-solving skills.
Exposure to SQL or other programming languages is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
