Job Title: Operations Analyst Internship

Internship Type: Paid Internship – Summer 2026

Location: Corporate Headquarters, 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158

Overview:
This full-time, 12-week internship at Uline is designed for students ready to launch their careers. Interns will engage in real projects, collaborate with various teams across the company, and see the tangible impact of their work within a single summer. The internship offers a pathway to potential full-time employment upon graduation, leveraging Uline’s significant growth and stability.

Position Responsibilities:
Evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies and pinpoint their root causes.
Partner with various company teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations aimed at improving overall operations.
Utilize SQL to extract and organize data for the creation of reports and special projects.
Review and summarize weekly business reports to detect emerging trends and highlight potential issues requiring follow-up.

Minimum Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
• Possession of excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exposure to SQL or other programming languages is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel skills is required.
