What You Will Get To Do
As an Operations Analyst, you will be integral to the timely and accurate execution of critical financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Executing operations activities, such as transaction processing, tax payments, and account maintenance, with extreme accuracy.
- Inputting, maintaining, and updating client data within InnoTrust, InnoPay, and other relevant systems.
- Processing various financial transactions, including cash, wire, ACH, checks, and securities.
- Performing thorough account and bank reconciliations, along with researching and resolving any out-of-balance issues.
- Managing your personal workload efficiently, assisting teammates, and escalating issues as necessary.
- Adhering strictly to documented processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal departments, vendors, and partners.
- Collaborating effectively with client relationship teams to resolve client issues.
- Providing timely user support and diligent follow-up on client service requests.
- Drafting, reviewing, and updating internal policies and procedures to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Assisting in audits by gathering and organizing required data.
- Participating in internal projects as needed, contributing to broader company initiatives.
What You Will Bring

- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Willingness to challenge current processes and propose improvements.
- Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly and efficiently.
Preferred Experience
- Financial services experience, particularly in reconciliation, shadow posting, and processing cash and securities transactions.
- Knowledge of trust operations, financial markets, securities, or retirement industries.
- Familiarity with InnoTrust, Black Diamond, Advent ACD, InnoPay, or SQL.

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions.
Colorado Salary Range: 60,000 USD to 75,000 USD.
