Job Description: Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk / In-Store Grocery Shopper

This role involves selecting and gathering products for customers’ online orders, ensuring freshness and quality. Key responsibilities include:

• Selecting and Gathering Products: Efficiently picking items for online orders, paying close attention to freshness and quality.
• Order Assembly and Processing: Assembling orders, processing coupons and payments, and delivering/loading orders into customers’ cars upon arrival.
• Customer Service: Providing a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping.
• Communication: Communicating any substitutions or exceptions to the customer’s order.
• Scanning and Bagging: Scanning and bagging orders while adhering to all bagging standards.
• Order Accuracy: Ensuring accuracy of each customer’s order.
• Staging Area Maintenance: Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Problem Solving: Following policies and procedures to determine appropriate substitutions when items are out of stock.
• Reporting: Reporting pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies.
• Teamwork: Assisting in training new e-Commerce team members and working cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
