Time Frame: June 2, 2026 – August 7, 2026 (10-week program)
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Benefits Note: This position is paid, but not eligible for benefits such as medical, relocation, or housing.

Job Summary: On-Deck Summer Internship – Human Resources, Talent Analytics
Levy’s On-Deck Summer Internship is a 10-week, project-based program designed to improve business operations on a strategic and multifunctional level. Interns will gain exposure to Levy’s unique culture, participate in personal and professional development workshops, and learn our standards of service at Levy’s Home Office in Chicago, IL. This program is specifically for full-time college students interested in a career in hospitality, sports and entertainment, or data analytics.

A significant highlight of the program: Upon successful completion of the On-Deck program, interns have the potential to receive a full-time, entry-level position post-graduation.

Key Responsibilities:
On-Deck Interns will engage in their 10-week project either independently or in a partnership/group, following a structured curriculum. The program culminates in a presentation of findings to Levy Leadership. Expectations for each intern include professionalism, strong time management, problem-solving skills, and an eagerness to learn.

Specific responsibilities for the Talent Analytics Intern may include (but will not be limited to):

• Support the Talent Analytics team in analyzing complex employee data.
• Create polished reporting that captures key takeaways from complex datasets.
• Present findings and communicate analyses to key internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Full-time student currently enrolled at an accredited four-year university/college majoring in an appropriate discipline.
• A skilled multitasker who works with a sense of urgency.
• A team player with the ability to work cohesively with Levy team members and fellow interns alike.
• An effective communicator comfortable engaging with potential guests, leadership, and key stakeholders.
• Hospitality-focused individual with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
Ability to provide own housing and transportation accommodation to Levy’s Chicago Home Office for the duration of the 10-week program.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing complex datasets with the ability to pull out insights.
• Ability to create professional and insightful reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, etc.).
• Desire to solve problems with data.
• Understanding of basic statistics.

Helpful Qualifications:

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R.
• Understanding of any of these models: relational models, dimensional models, hierarchical models, predictive & prescriptive analytics, regression models, classification models, optimization models, database querying and visual discovery.
• Understanding of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Recruiting data (ATS), Demographic data, employee engagement data, labor data.
