Job Summary:
Levy’s On-Deck Summer Internship is a paid, 10-week, project-based program designed for full-time college students interested in a career in hospitality, sports and entertainment, or data analytics. This program focuses on improving business operations on a strategic and multifunctional level. Interns will gain exposure to Levy’s unique culture, participate in personal and professional development workshops, and learn industry standards of service at Levy’s Home Office in Chicago, IL. Upon successful completion of the program, interns have the potential to receive a full-time, entry-level position post-graduation.

Time Frame: June 2, 2026 – August 7, 2026

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
*This position is paid, but it is not eligible for benefits such as medical, relocation, or housing.•
Position Summary:
As an On-Deck Summer Intern, you will work independently or in a partnership/group on a dedicated 10-week project. The program follows a structured curriculum culminating in a presentation of your findings to Levy Leadership at the conclusion of the summer. Professionalism, time management, problem-solving, and an eagerness to learn are key expectations for each intern.

Key Responsibilities (CORE Solutions Intern):
Responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to:
• Identifying scalable Best Practices that align with Levy’s company objectives.
• Assessing operations and administrative processes for continual improvement opportunities.
• Developing A.I.-based solutions to drive process efficiencies.
• Creating a strategic roadmap to address industry trends, including developing project plans, resource requirements, and ROI proposals.

Required Qualifications:
• Full-time student currently enrolled at an accredited four-year university/college.
• Majoring in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Industrial / Systems Engineering, or Business.
• A team player with the ability to work cohesively with Levy team members and fellow interns alike.
• An effective communicator comfortable engaging with potential guests, leadership, and key stakeholders.
• Hospitality-focused individual with a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
• Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Efficient in basic math and computer skills (MS Office, Outlook).
• Ability to provide own housing and transportation accommodations to Levy’s Chicago Home Office for the duration of the 10-week program.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with team collaboration and presentations.
• Advanced time-management and project management skills.
• Experience in CANVA, LMS systems, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel.
