What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Office Operations: Take calls, greet visitors, coordinate meetings, travel, and seminars, and maintain office supplies and equipment.
• Administer Financial Processes: Coordinate department and office expenses and invoices, including proper coding and submission to Finance.
• Prepare Documentation & Presentations: Create, prepare, and assist with various PowerPoint presentations, forms, signs/flyers, and statistical reports.
• Support Project Deliverables: For higher levels, perform final formatting review and generate deliverables for reports and proposals, ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Maintain Data Systems: Input and verify data into various software systems, and assist Project Management staff with organizing and archiving project information.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Others. High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: At least one year of administration experience preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, accurate typing and data entry, effective communication/customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bonus: Some post-secondary education preferred, and experience with other database systems.
