Job Description: Nuclear Medicine Student Tech

This position involves working under the close supervision of certified nuclear medicine technologists to assist with image acquisition, image processing, and patient care. The student tech is responsible for maintaining patient safety protocols and performing all duties in accordance with Mercy’s mission, values, and service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assist certified nuclear medicine technologists in imaging, processing, and completing nuclear medicine diagnostic imaging exams on patients.

Qualifications:

Education: Currently enrolled as a student in a nuclear medicine technology program.
Experience: 0+ years.
Certification/Registration: AHA BLS.
Skills: Good communicator and ability to multitask.
