Key Responsibilities and Learning Opportunities
- Sales Team Collaboration & Support: Actively assist the seasoned sales team in their daily operations. This includes direct engagement with prospective buyers, aiding in the preparation of compelling sales presentations, and contributing to overall sales efforts to drive results.
- Dynamic Customer Engagement: Be at the forefront of the customer journey by greeting and engaging prospective homebuyers, creating a welcoming and informative initial experience that sets the tone for their homebuying process.
- Observational Sales Mastery: Gain critical insights by observing expert sales consultants deliver impactful sales presentations. Learn firsthand how to effectively implement our proven sales process, understand buyer motivations, and master the art of persuasion.
- CRM System Management & Data Integrity: Observe and learn the essential skills of customer relationship management (CRM). These sessions are designed to deepen your understanding of Starlight Homes’ diverse product offerings, refine your sales process knowledge, and hone advanced sales techniques essential for success in the industry.
Desired Qualifications
- Academic Pursuit: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a closely related field. Preference will be given to students in their Junior or Senior year, demonstrating a foundational understanding of relevant principles.
- Industry Enthusiasm: Possess a strong and genuine interest in the dynamic fields of real estate, home sales, or the construction industry, indicating a passion for learning and growing within this sector.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication, strong customer service orientation, and superior interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with both colleagues and prospective homebuyers.
