Job Description: Network Support Intern (Summer 2025)

This is a paid, 12-week internship running between June and August 2025. Interns will work full-time hours and be integral members of the Network Support team. The program offers a steep learning curve in a real-world environment, focusing on networking, problem-solving, and customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve technical issues reported by Meraki customers and partners.
• Assist with lab testing of Meraki products (wireless access points, security appliances, switches, and Systems Manager applications).
• Identify, reproduce, and document software bugs.
• Complete a networking project and present findings to peers and leaders. Interns are encouraged to propose their own project ideas.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree (Bachelor’s level only; Masters students are not eligible) in Networking and Systems Administration, Computer Information Technology, Network Technologies, Computer Science, or a related field. Expected graduation in Spring 2026.
• Strong understanding of networking principles, including the ability to explain the functions and differences between the link, network, transport, and application layers.
• Excellent customer service skills, including empathy, problem-solving abilities, and clear communication.
• Resourceful, creative, detail-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal skills.

Program Features:
