Job Description: Network Support Intern
As a Network Support Intern at Cisco Meraki, you will play a key role within the team, contributing to the resolution of cases covering the entire Meraki product line, including wireless access points, security appliances, switches, and Systems Manager applications.
Responsibilities
• Research and resolve issues reported by Meraki customers and partners
• Assist with lab testing work for Meraki products
• Identify, reproduce, and document bugs
• Complete a Network Project and present your work to your peers and leaders
Qualifications
• Expected graduation in Spring 2025
• Studying BSc or similar in Networking and Systems Administration, Computer Information Technology, Network Technologies, Computer Science, or a related subject area
• Detailed understanding of networking principles
• Empathetic approach towards assisting customers
• Resourceful, imaginative, and creative with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent social skills
