• Mission: Support key initiatives and provide daily operational assistance to advance network strategy, interconnection, and acquisition efforts.
• Tech Stack: Google Sheets/Excel, basic SQL/Python

What You’ll Actually Do
• Execute Special Projects: Assist in the execution of special projects focused on advancing and improving the Network Strategy team’s operational processes.
• Support Interconnection: Provide direct operational support to Interconnection Managers, helping to manage and track key peering and transit relationships.
• Assist Network Acquisition: Support Network Acquisition Managers with administrative and logistical tasks related to acquiring new network capacity and infrastructure.
• Analyze Strategic Data: Conduct data analysis and research to inform strategic decisions related to network growth, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Report Progress: Contribute to internal documentation and reporting, ensuring clarity and accuracy, and track key performance indicators for ongoing projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, analytical, or strategic field such as Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or Engineering.
• Experience: Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making, and proven capacity for taking initiative, owning tasks, and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex ideas clearly and concisely, and proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools.
• Bonus: A basic understanding of the Internet ecosystem, including concepts like IP networking, peering, transit, and data centers, prior experience or coursework related to telecommunications, network infrastructure, or technology strategy, or familiarity with project management principles or tools.
