• Mission: Lead NetSuite projects, provide expert functional and solution architect guidance, and deliver optimized cloud solutions for clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Projects: Work on and lead NetSuite implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and other special projects.
• Provide Leadership: Serve in a leadership capacity as a functional expert and solution architect, guiding project teams and acting as a primary client liaison.
• Innovate Solutions: Identify, design, and implement creative business solutions to continually improve the firm’s methodology and approach.
• Drive Growth: Manage client relationships with a focus on identifying and securing new business opportunities.
• Educate & Develop: Educate both internal and external audiences on NetSuite best practices and actively participate in staff career development and technical training.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Manager level with strong business skills and experience in accounting, finance, or operations. Possess ASC-606 (revenue recognition) experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of direct NetSuite implementation, upgrade, and support experience. 8+ years of Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience. Full life-cycle implementation experience with Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, OpenAir, and Professional Services Automation. Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to NetSuite applications. Ability to lead workshops, gather/document requirements, and recommend envisioned processes. Experience developing detailed work plans for project activities, training end users, and testing NetSuite application instances. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and build teams that deliver services and solutions that surpass client expectations. Flexibility to accommodate travel up to 25%.
• Skills: NetSuite design and configuration, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Integrations, Reporting, data conversion, functional and technical gap assessment, defining business benefits and costs, client presentation.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT, or a related field. NetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, or OpenAir Certifications. Experience managing technical development by acting as a liaison between technical teams and the user community. CPA, PMP, or MBA.
